Marta will drop you off and pick you up right at the front entrance of London Towne Houses, with direct shuttle service to the Hightower Marta Station. The property is served by Mays High School, Young Middle School and West Manor Elementary School.

The new Adamsville Recreation Center is within .25 miles of the property. Major shopping areas are convenient to London Towne Houses with grocery, Starbucks, banking centers, restaurants, Home Depot and Lowe’s just south on I-285 at the Cascade Road and Camp Creek Parkway exits. Heavy traffic is rare, so your access to commercial services is just minutes away!


More Than a Place to Live
London Towne Houses is a very special place to live by virtue of the fact that it is a non-profit cooperative and a great housing value. But that is not all! London Towne Houses has a very active membership with volunteer programs for families and children. Members look out for one another. While we believe that the best safety measure is neighbors who care about each other, we also recognize that no community is free of crime. For that reason, Todd Security Agency monitors the property in evening hours, but the best security is provided by residents who care about their neighbors. All applicants for membership are screened for criminal background, unauthorized occupants (those not declared in the members household composition of record) are cause for eviction of the family, and all members have subscribed to the “Drug Free Housing Policy.”

Interested in Living
at London Towne Houses?
To become a member and a resident, you must first purchase an existing membership in the cooperative; in other words, a current member must be interested in selling their membership in the cooperative. All applicants are screened for:
  • Stability as measured by length of employment in a career field
  • Stability as measured by a prior landlord or mortgage history
  • Stability as measured by income level (Note: Income cannot exceed published HUD levels for a family size)
  • Stability as measured by household composition (e.g.: No roommates!)
  • Stability as measured by absence of a disqualifying criminal history
