Welcome to London Town Houses, Inc.
London Towne Houses, Inc. is a 200 family, member-owned housing cooperative that was developed in 1967. Comprised of one, two, three and four bedroom homes, the community is located convenient to major transportation corridors, business, shopping and recreation centers in Southwest Atlanta. Public transportation serves this neighborhood.
London Towne Houses, Inc. is a cooperative. A seven-member Board of Directors is responsible for the business of the cooperative and residents are deemed its members.
  How does a cooperative work?
London Towne Houses, Inc. is a true “community,” with members that care about their neighbors, the safety of the area and the social services provided for membership. Regular membership meetings, newsletters and activities allow the residents to stay in touch and participate. As you browse our web site, we hope that you will get a sense of our cooperative community and the excitement that we share, working together for a high quality environment at the most affordable rates.
